Warranty Information

All products include a 40-day limited warranty. The warranty period begins on the order date.

What's Covered

Your warranty covers any product that should malfunction as a result of product defect.

Not Covered

We will not replace products that were damaged as a result of improper use or installation. It is recommended that you have any required installation completed by an experienced technician.

We will not cover issues related to water damage or physical abuse. If you have a question or concern regarding what issues are covered please contact us prior to placing an order.

We accept Apple Pay, credit card, debit card and PayPal payments. We maintain the right to cancel and refund any order payment that is flagged as potential fraud.

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Orders are shipped promptly after payment verification. Most orders will arrive within 4-7 days from the US postal service. Occasionally, orders may ship UPS or FedEx.

Some orders ship USPS First-Class Mail and do not include a tracking number.

Split shipments are rare, but sometimes necessary as we ship from more than one location. You will be notified in the event of split shipments.

In the event that your order cannot be fulfilled due to a stock or pricing error, the order will be canceled and refunded in full.

International shipping (outside the USA) is not currently available.
